Pique Nique

It had been a while since both of us went out together. Liting a.k.a my daughter and I went out together just now. We had our dinner at Pique Nique, a nice place for high tea and chit chat especially gossiping. (=´∀｀)人(´∀｀=) It was a great day hanging out with her and she brought some good news too. Congrats, Liting. If you need ideas on presents or advises, ask us k? So happy for you that you had found your the other part. Next time, we go out again with the others. Seriously, I missed poly. Liting is my project partner since year 1 together with Peis. Together we chiong (chiong means rush in chinese); together we struggle; together we enjoy; together we graduate. Although, we have lesser time to meet up with the girls. But once in a while meet, updating each other and gossiping are more than enough. As long as we know each of us are doing fine and maybe some of our status changes. Hehe. ヾ(＠⌒ー⌒＠)ノ

They have all-day breakfast meal. If you don't want to eat to heavy meals, you can always have salads or just the dessert. For us, we ordered two different dishes - one from the All-days Breakfast and one from the Appetizer.

It's really a nice place right? For dating, gathering, girls gossiping session, high tea, etc. Really a nice place. The table decoration is also nice. But please take note that small bottle is for table no, not pepper nor chocolate powder. Liting and I kept wandering what is this for. Hehe. 

We didn't really have any desserts because we didn't see any dessert in the menu. Then we had paid our bills and walked out of the cafe restaurant. Liting said,"Ahhh, the desserts are all here and we said why the desserts in the menu don't have much choices." >_<

Chewy junior chewy in the mouth

It's Friday again. By right, we are not meeting for this week because it's his exam period now. Everyday study and burn midnight oil. This afternoon he said he want to meet up for dinner. *jumping inside happily* I really miss him a lot. But due to something happen in the office, our dinner become supper.

On my way to find him, I was messaging with Little Turtle that I'm not going home tonight. Then she said,"too bad. Bought chewy junior for you and now no more for you. I shall eat your share too." 。・°°・(＞_＜)・°°・。

When I reached his house, he said he had already bought food. He showered and I showered. We are ready to tuck in. Then he said,"let's go out eat!" 

I stunned,"I thought you bought dinner already?"

He laughed,"hmm....actually not dinner is supper. *open the fridge's door and take out something* Here you go."

I was so amazed,"hahaha. You also bought this!!! You two are alliances is it? Bought the same food for me. Hahaha. Actually I also want to buy this for you when I visit you this Sunday."

He still laughed,"haha. But I bought first. *peace*"

I love Chewy Junior a lot. They have so many different toppings such as chocolate, double chocolate, white chocolate with oreo, mango cheese, strawberry cheese, caramel chocolate, etc. They even have mini Chewy Junior. Chewy Junior is cream puffs with different toppings. Best for tea time, picnic, parties, buffets, any other occasions. 

Little Turtle and I were like fall in love with it chewiness, tastiness and sweetness. The only outlet we know is at Bugis Junction and whenever we go Bugis, we'll buy a box back. But now, we are so happy to see Chewy Junior at AMK Hub. Hehe. It is closer to us now. We can just grabbed it any-time we want. Yummy~~~

Let's go eat together?

Distance doesn't matter, time does matter. Why do I say that is because as long as you spend some of your time with your loves one and doesn't matter where you are. In this generations, everything is so possible to connect each other and keep each other in touch. Be it phone calls, Whatapps, Skype, FaceTime, Facebook and so on and on...

Usually we only meet on the weekend and depends on our schedules. I stay at Ang Mo Kio and he is in NTU, at the other far end of Singapore. It takes at least one and a half hours to two hours to reach. Today is Thursday, I reached home around 8pm after work. In our conversation in Whatapps:

Me: hungry

Ys: hungry also. Haven't eat

Me: okie. Lets go eat tgt

Ys: dear,

me: yes

Ys: want to eat tgt?

Me: let's go eat

Ys: as in...really eat tgt?

**15mins later**

He called...

Ys: eat tgt Hor?

Me: yup

Ys: okie. Can wait for me? An hour?

Me:0.0

Ys: I'm coming

Me: Are you serious!!!! I'm just disturbing u and wanted to say that u eat urs and I eat mine while we FaceTime.

Ys: Yes. I'm serious.

Me: Seriously....

Ys: Yes! I'm coming. Wait for me. Hmm...one and a half hours, k?

Me: Ok. *still in a shock mode*

Just can't believe it, he really came and we had our dinner and supper at the Prata shop nearby my place. Of course I'm still in a shock mode and keep asking him to pinch me. Just to make sure I'm not dreaming. (#^.^#)

Thinking where to have supper sometimes? What to eat? Where to eat? Which restaurant still open?

I love to eat Prata since I was kid. My dad always brought me out to have Roti Prata whenever he was having off day. I remember he did his homemade Roti Prata at home and attempted to hit the Prata after cooked using his hand. He jumped after that hitting it cause it was really really hot. ...>_<...

You may want to try the Roti Pratas at Ang Mo Kio Ave 4. The Roti Pratas are nice, soft, crispy and the price is affordable too. It opens 24 hours. One main point is it's just one bus stop away. I don't have to go to Jalan Kayu for supper. Hehe.

Almost every Sunday/weekend, I'm waiting for him to come home. One of the Sunday, I was so bored and really don't have anything to do - No computer/laptop, no story books, nothing much to clean up, no clothes to fold, etc. So I did this.

Wishing for a better year and say hi to 2013

Unexpectedly, I was so inactive in writing blog posts about what's happening in 2012. Everything just happened out of sudden. Memory also started to fail. Thought of what's happening back then, tears will start to fall. Well, it's over now. I do have support from my family, lover, bff, his family and friends. Without them, I might suffering more inside. It hurts.

Now, I'm wishing for a better year. Last year resolution, I did achieve 1.5 out of 3 which I wrote that time. I did extract one of my tooth and being premolar-less for the whole year and years later. (u_u) I applied for part time degree Finance course at Kaplan Singapore. Currently in 3rd semester of the course, gonna have exam and report submission within this 3 weeks. Frankly speaking, I'm really not a theoretical person. (._.) As for driving lesson, will only apply after I finished my degree.

2013 resolution:

1. Pushing hard to get 2nd upper degree.

2. Earn more $$$ and start to save more

3. After my degree, start driving lesson

I shall set this 3 for this year. I also wish people around to be safe and sound. I love you all, my precious ones.Once again, thank you dear for all your supports. Thank you my bff too. Logging off. Sweet dreams and good night.

Dear YS,

First of all, thank you for always being there to cheer me up, pamper me, shower me with all the "SURPISES" & loves, share the happiness/joyfulness with me, tease me as like there is no ending, accompany me...to be continued. You give me unlimited of loves which I can't even count with my fingers.

This year (2012) is really not a good year as everything went so rough on me just like the route make of shattered glasses. Everything just happened so sudden and I'm so tired of it. But you are there trying your best to help me, advise me and support me. Although I'm stubborn on certain thing especially work and friends. p/s: That time was my first time see-ing that expression. You looked scary. =X

It's true that we need to be honest to each other, no keeping secret and do thing must do together. So, let's go watch horror show. k? There are one whole list of horror movies I wanted to watch, watch with me one day. We can have one day HORROR movies marathon. Hehe. Not a bad idea right? (｡♥‿♥｡) 

Dear, let's fight for what we are doing and what we want to do from today onward.  I know there are obstacles in front, let's just kicked them off and overcome them. Fighting!!! 2013 is coming too. Do you want to set some mini goals? Please count out all your 22 birthday wishes. I shall fulfill your birthday wishes next month (Dec). *cheeky smile* 22 heroes......! hehehe!

Dream or Imagination

Dream? Do you have a dream? Everybody do right? You dream every time when you're sleeping. Inception? Did you watch that movie? Dream within a dream within a dream within a dream....within a dream. Too many layers until you don't even it's a dream or reality. Actually, I means your dream. The dream you want to achieve in the future. Something you always wanted to be in the future.

When I was a little girl, I always wanted to build my own house and had a mindset that it was so easy to build. I just need a piece of land, woods, screws, hammers and I'm done. Every time my art teacher gave us an assignment on free drawing, anything we want, we can, we like and we dream of, I will always draw a house. Imagine I spent my 6 years of primary school drawing houses.

I live in my grandma's house. Among all our relatives, we don't have our own house as we can't afford to buy. My parents always trying to save money for us to have a better life. But we already enjoying a life with my grandma. Nothing is missing although there is some pressure given to my parents. Years after years, life still going on and I'm grown up. I'm still want to build a house for my family. Buy a land in Brunei, build a big house which is designed by myself. Each person has one room and my parents have the master room.

When I was 16, after my 'O' level, I came to Singapore to further my study. Things get tougher and harder. Money is not easy to earn. As everyday goes on and on, my imagination goes wild.
Here are what I imagine of:

1. After I finished my study and pay up all my loans, go back to Brunei to work. Start to earn money and save up to build a house.

2. Work in Singapore, earn more and save up. Secretly buy a house and a car. Book a ticket and flies back to Brunei without telling my parents. Drove the new car back to my grandma's house and give them a surprise.

3. Back to square one again. Earn and save more to build house. Don't care where I work, as long as high salary.

All these ideas I thought of was when I was taking my diploma. My mom once told me,"One day you will get married and have your family. Most importantly, must be happy."

"Mom, I will not get marry, I want to be single."

"Next time when you get old, you'll be lonely you know."

"I won't. Still have you and dad."

"We won't be there that day anymore."

"Choy!!! *Choy means don't say such unfortunate stuffs in chinese* you old I old. We old together and stay together. Marry? Guys are weird."

"........You will one day"

That time I think i'm so naive but still guys are weird. Not until I met him. When I was attached, I told my mom over the phone. "I...him...together..."

"You pa tou *pa tou means dating on chinese*?"

"yaaaaaa...*embarassed*"

"Mom, Chin Chin is going to marry soon."

"Mooooooom, is just starting only. Not married."

Basically, she fast forward my relationship status and I'm so surprise she is so happy for me. As I only know she don't agree all of us to start dating at the young ages. Maybe is all of friends' children are going to marry. my parents had been working so hard but still not earn enough to buy a house. I'm still half way through in my studies.

After 4 years of staying in Singapore, my mind changed. I decided not to go back and stayed here. House? No more. I want to bring them here instead. Imagine my family staying with me in a flat. Although it's not as big as house, but it's cosy. Imagine when I married and I earned a lot, I bought the whole floor which has 3 units. One unit for my parents, another unit for his parents and the last unit for me and my future husband (don't know who is him yet, still imagining. Who who who? xp). Every time can just gathered together cause just next door only. That's so perfect right? My imagination.

Sometimes, I can imagine all this randomly. Even in my dream too. Is this a dream or imagination? A dream with so many imagination and one day will come true. Probably every imaginations take out one small portion and combine together. Let's hope for that day. I do imagine too much. p/s even my future kids too. xp
