This post is going to be a long post with a lot of photos. Have you read my Bangkok Trip Day 1? If not, here is post - Day 1.
We woke up early in the morning and got prepared. We were ready to travel a bit further that day. When we went down to the lobby,, the bellman seemed recognize us already. Then I asked him,"How to say Thank you in Thai?" He said,"Khob kun kup." Khob Kun Kup! Khob Kun Kup! Khob Kun Kup! I kept repeating this "Khob Kun Kup" for countless time. Along the street, there were some street stalls opened. We saw a lot of people ordered the same drinks and both of us were curious. Hence, we ordered it too. Then when the stall owner made the drinks and passed to me, I was trying to say "Khob Kun Kup" but ended up I went "Khob Khob Khob..." She just passed me the drink and said,"Thank you. :)" My whole face went red. YS was like trying not to laugh at me but he did it. (＃⌒∇⌒＃)ゞ

After that, we took cab to Floating Market. At first, we planned to go to the famous temple but the cab driver told us that that area was flooded. So, he suggested Floating Market. It seemed like going to rain. The Bhumibol Bridge is just opposite.

Finally we reached Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. The entrance fee is 1,500 Thai Baht (approximately S$60). It was kinda expensive but we travelled one hour plus for this. When we boarded the boat, they will help to take a photo first. They will print the photo on the souvenirs and you can buy them after the whole journey ended.

Finally we saw some stalls, I bought 6 elephant pouches for 400 baht (approximately S$16). Kinda regretted after paying for it because elsewhere only 100 baht (approximately S$4).

We stopped at one of the boat which sells noodles soup. I made an order and she passed me the bowl of noodles. I passed it to ys and digged my bag for my wallet to pay her. When i turned back, the bowl was empty. He finished the whole bowl of noodles. (▰˘︹˘▰) Then we ordered another bowl.

This is really interesting. Freshly made, freshly packed, freshly sell. This big pot is actually honey and he make it like cookies. Very sweet and original.

We went back to our boat and travelled to another part of the floating market. More foods here. I love Thai Mangoes. It's so sweet~~~ YS love them so much too. His favourite fruit.

After the whole journey at floating market, we travelled another 1 hour plus back to our hotel to load our stuffs and had a quick shower before heading out.

This time we didn't take any tutu or cab, Mr.ys decided to walk and explore Pratunam. Here are some street foods. Visit Bangkok, of course must try their street food right?

We went across the road and finally found a coffee shop that sells tomyum soup. We were ready for second round dinner. HAHA.

Lastly, we ended our second day Bangkok tour with local salad.

Nice experience at floating market. It's fun and eye opening to try most of the local foods and street foods. Ate full full and went back sleep. Shiok! So relaxing. Here comes to the end of our Bangkok trip day 2. Stay tuned for Day 3. Good night, everyone.
