Saltwater Cafe @ Changi Village Hotel

Last last Thursday before I went back Brunei, we had a farewell dinner buffet for Mei at Saltwater Cafe @ Changi Village Hotel. It just located beside the Changi Supper Club. The dinner buffet is around $42 per pax for adults.

Trying to capture the "romantic" feel but failed. Must see from your eyes. Very romantic. It will be best for candle light dinner date.

At here, the interesting part is you may D-I-Y you own Rojak, Laksa, ice cream, Kueh Pie Tee and salad. We thought that they will have sushi but there is only fresh salmon. If you are salmon lover, bingo. They have fresh salmon and refill frequently.

How I prepare my Kueh Pie Tee? I took the cup cone, put in the prawn followed by eggs and topped it with prawn again. *pause for few seconds* "Did I miss out something? Maybe that's it!" *Saw the metal cover and opened* "Opps! I totally forgot about the main thing!"

Not sure what is this called but it taste very nice especially with the banana sauce.

There are also other dishes such as Hokkien Mee (NICE!!), Salted eggs prawn (but the prawn is not fresh that day as compared to the fresh prawn at Seafood station), apple crumble, etc.
