Continued on the Day 3 in Taiwan. We headed out from Taichung to Taipei. We took the train from Taichung to Xinmuri in order to transit to High Railway Station to Taipei. Their train station was interesting and we were confused on which train to board.
Tickets to Xinmuri at NT$23 (Less than S$1)

The train was really fast and it took 1 hour to reach Taipei. Trying to take the beautiful scenery of Taiwan inside the train but most of them at blur. I loved the clear blue sky with fluffy cloud. Beautiful.

With Love

Reached Taipei Main Station and topped up our EasyCard to XinMen.

EasyCard
They have bigger space for queuing and you won't feel so squeezy.

Train was here
Ximen Station
Welcome to XiMenTing

We checked in at Rainbow Hotel and loaded our stuffs. As compared to previous staycation, Rainbow Hotel room is much more vintage and old school. There isn't any safety deposit box in the room. You will need to pass all of your important documents to the reception for safekeeping. However, this hotel has the best spot in Ximenting. It situated at the centre of Ximenting. You can just go down to shop and go back to load stuffs and back to shopping again.

Our next destination - WuFenPu for shopping spree. Wheee~~~ Alighted at Houshanpi Station and heading to Wufenpu. He said must buy at least 10 pieces of clothes then we can leave. haha.

Before we head out of the station, we grabbed two bottle of mineral waters at OK. The weather was freaking hot that day and we had a long journey.

Outside Houshanpi station...

Found this guide map along the way in front of Cosmed. Very useful and we decided to change our plan. After Wufenpu, we should go Raohe Night Market since it is nearby.

And here our shopping spree started...
Wufenpu

Really a good steal at Wufenpu. Most of the clothings at NT150-300 range. Even they had 2 pieces for NT200. Great deal!!! We saw a temple beside and made some prayers for our loves ones.

Both of us holding hands continued the journey and exploring the map to Raohe Night Market and finally we reached Songshan station. Crossing the big junction road and saw a super huge temple beside Raohe Night Market.

QQ Liang Yuan!!! Super nice and cooling. Love it a lot.  Must try! We bought another packet after we finished the first one. The fillings were green bean paste and red bean paste. Not too sweet, not too plain. (^。^)

The crowds
Queuing for this cute egg pancakes but he asked us to wait. Ended up with one long queue formed behind us. The so-called business strategy to attract more people. He made a lot of the pancakes but stil didn't want to give me. Staring at the cute pancakes. So near yet so far from my mouth. Haha.

More stalls below...

After so much of yummilicious food in our tummy, we hopped back to Xinmenting happily. When we reached, there was a huge crowds in the center of Xinmenting. Live Street Performance!!! He is so talented. The song he sang *thumbs up and loud applause*

Spotted Peis's Idol - Yat Yat Man
The night life of Xinmenting...

Another talented man on the street. Usually we only saw art talents in the video shared by world wide and that day we experienced the live drawing painting with our eyes. Super talented artist.

Charmeleon as a pet?
Risotto with Golden Retriever inside the restaurant. There are 2 branches in Xinmenting. So remember must spot "Ah mao" (Golden Retriever) first if you want to dine in with him. hehe.
