i had my itil test. liting and i didnt manage to pass. ALMOST!!!!...
first, the study material was past 3 years which is given by teacher.
second, what teacher told us was study all these materials and you will pass. simple!!!
third, asked us to search online for more mcqs. kinda last minutes.

i studied everything including the notes. in the end,......
i just wasted my parents' money just like that. it was like trying your luck for the day.
if pass, u will get the cert. if failed, said bye bye to your money.
IT IS DAMN EXPENSIVE.
complain? NO USE.
argue? NO USE.
retest? PAY AGAIN...FULL AMOUNT $307
cried? NO USE
now everytimes i think about it, i'm so mad about myself. i'm so dissappointed in myself.
i studied for it. i'm so confident during the exam.
BUT in the end what i thought become a disasters. "heart breaks"

this is not the end of the world, i still have to stand up and start running.

after test, liting and i went to search peis's birthday present and also had our dinner at far east plaza.
kung fu milk tea. i always drink this. i also like to eat durian pancake. yummy!!!!
liting had apple curry chicken rice. nice.
i had my grandma homemade meal. =D
when i was eating, i found something funny. A "yo yo" sign.
